Duties

Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards
Assist in menu planning and ensure all food presentation meets quality expectations
Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines
Support kitchen operations during meal service, including cooking, plating, and garnishing
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment to uphold health standards
Assist with catering events and special functions as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth kitchen workflow

Skills

Proven background in food preparation, cooking, and food service environments
Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques
Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling practices
Familiarity with restaurant or kitchen experience within the food industry o
Ability to follow recipes accurately and support menu planning efforts
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards serving guests effectively
Knowledge about Expo Handling
