JOB SUMMARY

We are a busy Japanese izakaya looking for a passionate and reliable Line Cook to join our kitchen team. Whether you’re experienced or eager to learn, this is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where quality and speed matter. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen is an asset, but not required
• Understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices
• Able to stay organized and focused under pressure
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Positive attitude and strong team spirit
• Passion for cooking and Japanese cuisine is a plus

• Prepare and cook dishes following our recipes and presentation standards
• Support kitchen operations during busy service hours
• Handle prep tasks such as chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Keep your station clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Assist with inventory checks and restocking as needed
• Communicate and work closely with the kitchen team for smooth service
