REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous kitchen or culinary experience preferred but not required — we’re willing to train the right candidate
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • A passion for food and a desire to learn and grow in the culinary industry
    -Hold a current Food Safety Handling certificate or are willing to undertake

Responsibilities
  • Assist with food preparation and cooking in accordance with TokyoTaco recipes and standards
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meets TokyoTaco and guest expectations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen stations and equipment
  • Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
  • Support other kitchen staff and work as a team to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating inventory
