Guests can soak up the sun in the ultimate urban oasis of the Beach Club or dance the night away under the signature 60-foot-high crystal dome.
The kitchen team is led by Executive Chef Robert Rainford, celebrity grill master and Food Network Canada’s first black chef and then-host of “License to Grill.”

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2–3 years of cooking experience in a commercial or banquet kitchen
  • Culinary training or equivalent hands-on experience preferred
  • Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong knife skills and cooking technique
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Red Seal certification is an asset
  • Strong technical cooking and plating skills across various cuisines
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain consistency
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a Cook, you’ll work closely with the kitchen team to prepare food that meets the highest standards of taste, presentation, and timing. You’ll contribute to daily prep, line execution, and event catering.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute food preparation and service as per standardized recipes
  • Follow proper food handling and hygiene practices
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Communicate clearly and efficiently with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Assist in large-scale food prep for events
  • Follow instructions from Sous Chef and Executive Chef
  • Participate in receiving and storing deliveries
  • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
