QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a line cook or similar role within the food industry
  • Strong culinary skills with knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation
  • Experience in fine dining is preferred
  • Familiarity with dietary department practices and meal preparation for special diets is a plus
  • Excellent knife skills and attention to detail in food presentation
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for handling food
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively within the kitchen
