We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional food and craft beer in a fast-paced, energetic environment. We are looking for a skilled Line Cook to be a key part of our kitchen team. JOB DESCRIPTION As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to our recipes and quality standards. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food service in a busy brewery setting. RESPONSIBILITIES * Prepare and cook menu items in a fast-paced brewery environment. * Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and sanitation. * Follow recipes and portion control guidelines. * Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service. * Keep workstations clean and organized throughout the shift. * Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed. * Adhere to all health and safety regulations. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS * Proven experience as a line cook in a fast-paced brewery or similar environment. * Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. * Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. * Excellent teamwork and communication skills. * Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. * Passion for craft beer and food is a plus.
