We want team members who can handle the rush of a Saturday night, or open a kitchen to ensure the evening is amply prepared. Typical Shift Hours are within the below time periods: · Afternoon Flex: 12p-8p (1200-2000) · Evening: 5p-12a (1700-0000) Job Responsibilities: Ensure optimal level of sanitation and safety standards in work area at all times Monitor and maintain clean working area and cooking surfaces for food preparation Willing to adjust your schedule to help cover flex shifts or special events Maintain and operate all large cooking equipment such as pizza oven, dough roller, dough mixer, fryers Manage all food order slips, administer all verbal instructions, and perform all cooking requirements as per instructed Prepare all food materials required for cooking such as cutting vegetables, precooking meats, and making our special beer batter dough Monitor and ensure exact measurements of ingredients for all food items Prepare all package food items and ensure proper serving temperatures Compensation: · Negotiable base wage rate dependent on experience · Quantifiable performance based rate increases This Company Describes Its Culture as: Outcome-oriented -- results-focused with strong performance culture Stable -- traditional, stable, strong processes Team-oriented -- cooperative and collaborative Hours per week: 30-39 20-29 Pay Frequency: Bi weekly or Twice monthly This Job Is: Open to applicants under 18 years old, provided it is legally allowed for the job and location Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education A job for which all ages, including older job seekers, are encouraged to apply Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $14 - $16.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) company match Employee discounts Flexible schedule Paid training Experience level: No experience needed Restaurant type: Bar Casual dining restaurant Brewery Shift: Day shift Evening shift Night shift Weekly day range: Every weekend Weekends only
