JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our team in North York. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant kitchen experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay active and efficient in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Line Cook
• Strong knife skills (cutting, chopping, slicing, and portioning)
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Ability to stay active and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to cleanliness, hygiene, and safe food handling

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
• Wash, cut, chop, slice, and prepare ingredients for daily service
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Ensure food is prepared on time and presented properly
• Maintain organization of workstations and kitchen areas
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Assist with inventory and storage of food supplies
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
