Little Italy, a chef owned/operated restaurant is looking to bulk up its kitchen staff. Hiring for all positions. We are a busy, fast paced restaurant looking for candidates who possess a can do attitude, have a strong work ethic, and a will to succeed. The following positions are available-

• Morning Prep Cook-Ability to follow recipes quickly and accurately, must have good knife skills, and previous experience making dough, pasta, processing various vegetables and proteins, breaking down fresh seafood and primal cuts of meat. Starting @ $15-$18/hr
• Salad/Garde Manger-Great position for those looking to enter the field or someone with minimal experience. Duties include-making dressings from scratch, prepping various vegetables, getting food out in a timely manner. $10-$14/hr
• Fryer-Prepping various vegetables, cooking appetizers/entrees with hot oil, assisting other stations with prep $12-$16/hr
• Oven-Must have previous experience with stretching pizza dough by hand, prior experience with deck ovens is a plus, responsible for all baked pastas, pizzas, appetizers, bread, etc…$15-$18/hr
• Saute-Responsible for cooking various proteins/pastas. must have experience in high volume restaurants for 5 years. Must possess good knife skills, great communication skills, and a second gear. $18-$22/hr
• Expediter-Responsible for assembling tickets and getting food out before it dies, bagging carryouts completely, and being the last line of defense before the food goes to the guest, making sure the food looks and tastes great. Must have prior experience in a similar setting.$15-$18/hr
