Job Description 100% Travel Task Force. $20.00 Per Hour Plus OT. Experienced Cooks. This is a Travel Position. We Pay for Travel and one meal per day per shift. 12 week Rotations. Line Cook Job Duties: Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards - Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen - Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment - Help with catering events and special functions as needed - Maintain inventory of food supplies and equipment - Setting up, stocking, and breaking down of assigned stations - Use knowledge of common allergies & dietary restrictions to ensure food safety for guests when noted on tickets- Avoid food waste by observing food storage time and temperature standards- Complete assigned daily/ weekly / monthly cleaning tasks -Execute safe knife handling skills and safe use of all kitchen equipment Qualifications Ability To Travel and Live in Employee Housing Experience on Grill, Fryer and Food Prep Additional Information Base Pay $20 Plus OT
