EXPERIENCED LINE/GRILL COOK

We’re looking for an exceptional and highly experienced Line/Grill Cook to join our team. This isn’t just a cooking job—it’s a leadership role for a seasoned professional. You’ll be the engine of our kitchen, responsible for delivering consistently high-quality dishes, maintaining our high standards of cleanliness, and helping to mentor junior staff. If you have a minimum of five years of experience, a keen eye for detail, and are ready to lead from the front, we want to hear from you.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of five years of proven experience as a Line Cook or Grill Cook.
  • Exceptional attention to detail in every aspect of food preparation and presentation.
  • A strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Butchery and/or sushi skills are a significant asset.
  • The ability to effectively train and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for your craft.
Responsibilities
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies, ensuring they are pristine and organized.
  • Lead the preparation of food for service, including butchery and sushi preparation if you have those skills.
  • Cook and plate all menu items to our precise quality standards.
  • Maintain the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation at all times.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, helping them develop their skills and grow.
  • Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Ensure that all food comes out in a timely fashion, without sacrificing quality.
