Company Introduction 公司介紹 Coupang 正在重新定義購物體驗，致力於從顧客打開 Coupang App 的那一刻起，到商品送達家門口的每一個環節，都能帶來超乎期待的驚喜與滿意體驗。目前在台灣，我們提供：火箭速配（Rocket Delivery）：以實惠價格提供豐富商品的隔日到貨服務。火箭跨境（Rocket Oversea）：提供來自韓國、美國及其他國家數百萬件熱銷商品的國際免運配送服務。我們正在尋找優秀人才，一同參與 Coupang 在台灣的快速成長與市場拓展。這是一個難得的機會，讓您成為 Coupang 台灣發展歷程的重要一員，共同打造一個讓顧客不禁讚嘆：「如果沒有 Coupang，我該怎麼生活？」的全新購物世界。 Role Overview 本職位負責中段運輸（Middle Mile / Linehaul）之規劃與優化，透過數據分析與需求預測，轉換為可執行的運輸與運力配置計畫，提升整體配送網路效率並降低營運成本。此角色需與跨部門緊密合作，確保運輸規劃精準、執行穩定，並持續推動流程與效能優化。 What You Will Do 負責中段運輸規劃（Linehaul）之執行與協調，確保符合營運與作業需求依據預測需求（Forecast），制定運輸路線與運力配置計畫分析運輸路線（Route / Lane）、產能、運輸效率與成本數據，提出優化建議辨識運輸規劃中的風險、限制條件與取捨（Trade-offs），提升整體效益支援不同情境規劃（Scenario Planning），包含高峰期、需求波動及網路調整建立並優化報表、分析工具與Dashboard，提升決策效率與預測準確度與營運、物流及相關團隊密切合作，確保運輸計畫順利落地 Basic Qualifications 3年以上運輸規劃、運力規劃、或營運規劃相關經驗具備數據分析與建立規劃模型的實務經驗具備良好邏輯與數據導向思維，能獨立進行問題分析與解決細心且具備多工處理能力，能同時管理多項規劃任務熟悉 Excel（進階功能）或 Google Sheets 具備 SQL、Python 或資料視覺化工具（如 Tableau）使用經驗 Preferred Qualifications 工業工程、物流、供應鏈管理、商管相關科系背景具備中段運輸（Middle Mile）或幹線運輸（Linehaul）經驗曾參與高運量、時效要求高的營運環境（如電商、物流）具備基本英文溝通能力 Recruitment Process and Others Recruitment Process Application Review - Phone Interview - Onsite (or Virtual Onsite) Interview – Offer The exact nature of the recruitment process may vary according to the specific job and may be changed due to scheduling or other circumstances.
