Your responsibilities will include: * Supervising and assisting team members in sorting recyclable materials such as paper, glass, plastic, and metals * Monitoring the sorting process to ensure proper separation and quality control * Training and coaching team members on best practices and safety protocols * Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures * Reporting machinery malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor * Maintaining a clean and organized work area to prevent safety hazards * Leading by example and fostering a positive team environment What We’re Looking For: * Previous work experience in a recycling facility or similar setting is a plus * Monitoring the sorting process to ensure proper separation and quality control * Physical stamina and strength, able to lift and move heavy items * Helping train team members on best practices and safety protocols * Ability to adhere to safety protocols * Able to work as part of a team * Preferred: Bilingual (Spanish or Creole)
