Primary Duties & Responsibilities * Điểm danh và bố trí công nhân theo kỹ năng đã được huấn luyện trong chuyền. * Thúc đẩy, đôn đốc nhân viên để đạt mục tiêu sản lượng và năng suất. * Lấy mẫu ngẫu nhiên kiểm tra, đánh giá và duy trì chất lượng sản phẩm trên chuyền. * Giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh, báo cáo kỹ sư hay trực tiếp liên hệ bảo trì để hỗ trợ giải quyết. * Huấn luyện và theo dõi chất lượng cộng việc của nhân viên mới * Sắp xếp dây công việc hợp lý, đảm bảo tính cân đối cho chuyền và giảm hàng dở dang trên công đoạn. (WIP) * Kiểm soát nguyên phụ liệu sản xuất trong ca, đảm bảo tỷ lệ tiêu hao ở mức cho phép. Responsibilities

The Line Lead is responsible for daily attendance, assigning trained workers to the line, and driving staff to meet production and productivity targets. They must also conduct random sampling inspections to maintain product quality and resolve emerging issues by contacting engineering or maintenance.
