Coherent Shenzhen is specializing in the manufacturing and development of optoelectronics and communication components, optical semiconductor, broadband network equipment as well as communication software development and provide related technical consulting and technical services of it. The company covers 7320 square meters with more than 3,000 square meters cleanroom. There are more than 800 skilled employees.

Responsibilities

Supervise production execution, track progress, and manage quality, costs, and 6S standards to meet planned goals. Lead team performance, scheduling, and safety compliance while providing necessary training and operational reports.
