We are now recruiting for a Line Leader for our IPS site in Telford on a Full time and permanent position. Job Description Shift: 4ON 4OFF - 07:30am-19:30pm. Hourly Rate: £30,398 per annum. Ensuring that that the Production Line under their charge maximises the utilisation of the following 3 main resources of the business. Reporting and communicating all issues affecting Production effectively. Ensuring that all finished products and donor stocks always maintain their traceability and in accordance with the Culina IPS Production and Quality Procedures Effectively motivating a team of people to meet production targets. Ensuring the final product meets client specifications (SPI) Effectively maximising production efficiency, to ensure plans are met on a hourly/daily basis Adhering to and promoting best practice in accordance with company health, safety, and quality regulations Ensuring all paperwork and systems are completed and accurate in accordance with company procedures. Assisting in developing a skills matrix for all production workers Assisting in training and development of new starters Monitoring, controlling and minimising waste., Qualifications Ability to communicate in a positive and clear manner. Knowledge of company procedures and actively demonstrates compliance. Able to positively lead a team of people (temporary labour) Recognises and promotes the importance of continuous improvement. Displays a positive attitude to change Develops best practice and drives continuous improvement in all aspects of performance. Responsibilities
