ABOUT THE JOB

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Line Leader to join our well-established manufacturing team in Leyland. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in production to step into a leadership role. The position is on the 2pm–10pm shift and offers the potential to secure a permanent role after 12 weeks for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: Leading and supervising of production operatives Ensuring smooth and efficient running of the production line Monitoring performance, productivity, and output quality Conducting quality checks Supporting operatives with tasks such as packing, labelling, and palletising Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are always followed Liaising with shift supervisors to report any issues or improvements Training and mentoring new team members Benefits: Full training provided Weekly pay Pension scheme available Free on-site parking Opportunity for permanent employment after 12 weeks Shift: Afternoon shift: 2pm–10pm, Monday to Friday
