To be successful in this role, you bring a strong background as a modern software developer, combined with proven leadership capabilities. We value: Solid hands-on experience in contemporary software development, with an emphasis on quality, automation and continuous delivery. A strong change mindset and the ability to drive and sustain change in tools, processes and ways of working. A collaborative approach, with the ability to build trust and work effectively across teams and functions. Understanding of network (NW) switches, servers and Linux environments. Development experience in Java and Erlang, or similar languages with willingness to learn. Practical experience or strong interest in the usage of AI in software development and testing (for example: code generation, test creation, analysis or automation), and openness to using AI to improve your own administrative and planning work as a line manager.
