We are looking for a self-motivated and inspired Line Manager to join our company at the Production Department. Key Responsibilities: Supervises and coordinates all production and packaging processes on a daily basis. Defines the production-packaging schedule in collaboration with the Production Department. Executes the production program and receives relevant instructions and guidance from the Plant Management. Participates in drafting and approving written production-packaging procedures. Ensures proper execution of all work instructions related to the department. Ensures implementation of Health & Safety guidelines within the department. Maintains cleanliness and order of the department. Ensures strict adherence to all production and packaging procedures and methods. Trains and evaluates new operators/technicians. Degree in Chemical Engineering/Chemist/Pharmacist 3–5 years of experience in a similar position in the pharmaceutical industry Excellent knowledge of the English language Excellent computer skills (Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP Excellent organizational and administrative skills Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates)
Responsibilities
