Description Franklin Street is currently seeking a Line Operations Manager to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The ideal candidate must possess 4+ years of experience in commercial real estate transaction management, capital markets support, or loan processing. Investment Sales or Capital Markets experience preferred. Position Overview: The Line Operations Manager will support transaction, pipeline, and budget operations across the Investment Sales and Capital lines of business. This role maintains the Investment Sales and Capital pipelines, supports transaction and loan execution from engagement through closing, and ensures deal, documentation, and financial tracking accuracy across regions. The Line Operations Manager serves as a central liaison between brokers, clients, lenders, attorneys, and internal departments, ensuring transactions progress efficiently and pipelines and budgets remain accurate and aligned with revenue activity. This role focuses on transaction coordination, loan processing support, pipeline maintenance, and line budget tracking across Capital and IVS. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in commercial real estate transactions, capital markets financing, and pipeline management. Maintain and manage the Investment Sales and Capital pipelines across all regions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of deal and financing data. Coordinate transaction and loan progression for Capital and IVS teams from engagement through closing, including due diligence timelines, inspections, documentation flow, and closing readiness. Collect, organize, and verify required loan and transaction documentation, identifying missing items and coordinating resolution with appropriate parties. Coordinate third-party reports, inspections, and diligence items to ensure timely completion and compliance with transaction requirements. Serve as primary liaison between brokers, clients, lenders, attorneys, and internal teams throughout the transaction lifecycle. Support brokers with deal coordination, lender and client communication, and closing execution. Maintain and ensure accuracy of all transaction and financing records within Frankie and pipeline systems. Manage commission documentation, invoicing workflow, and closing coordination in partnership with Accounting and Legal. Monitor commission status, demand letters, and balances to ensure timely resolution of outstanding items. Ensure transactions meet firmwide documentation, compliance, and procedural standards. Coordinate with the Streetwise Hub on transaction-related marketing deliverables and closing announcements. Align marketing timelines with transaction and closing milestones. Support preparation of financing submissions and deal marketing materials as needed. Maintain and track Investment Sales and Capital line budgets, including dues, subscriptions, deal expenses, and operational costs. Maintain accurate financial and pipeline data for reporting and forecasting. Ensure pipeline activity aligns with revenue projections and budget tracking. Coordinate with Finance and Accounting on expense tracking, commission processing, and financial reporting. Provide pipeline, transaction, and budget reporting to the Line Operations Director and Executive Vice President. Support quarterly review preparation and pipeline alignment with revenue projections. Identify transaction, loan, or pipeline inefficiencies and implement process improvements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field preferred. 4+ years of experience in commercial real estate transaction management, capital markets support, or loan processing. Investment Sales or Capital Markets experience preferred. Strong understanding of commercial real estate transactions, including investment sales and capital markets financing. Experience maintaining deal pipelines, loan processes, and transaction documentation. Ability to coordinate across brokers, clients, lenders, attorneys, and internal teams. Strong financial and budget tracking capability. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM/pipeline systems. Exceptional organizational and documentation management skills. Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Professional communication and confidentiality with financial and client information.
