Requirements Skills and Qualifications: -Able to work Monday-Thursday, 5:00am-3:00 - High school diploma or equivalent - Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment operation - Strong attention to detail and quality standards - Good communication and teamwork skills - Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks - Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety protocols - Prior manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required
