Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical skills and gain valuable experience in a dynamic production environment. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of production lines, contributing to the overall quality and productivity of our operations. Some of the duties and responsibilities may include: - Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and production lines to ensure smooth and efficient operation - Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines at all times - Inspect products for quality and report any defects or issues to supervisors - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area - Assist in setup and changeover of production equipment as needed - Record production data accurately and complete required documentation - Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines Requirements - Available to work a schedule of Monday through Thursday, 3:30pm-1:30am, overtime as require - High school diploma or equivalent - Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment operation - Strong attention to detail and quality standards - Good communication and teamwork skills - Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks - Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety protocols - Prior manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
The Line Operator will operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and production lines to ensure efficient operation. They will also inspect products for quality and maintain cleanliness in the work area.
