Hands-on position leading stretch-film production line(s). Will be involved in the production, product inspection, stocking, packaging, and labeling operations. Ensure a safe and orderly work environment and comply with all established safety guidelines. Organizing and securing materials such as resin, boxes, and finished products. Performing routine post and pre-inspections to ensure suitable working nature of forklift. Ensure products meet or exceed quality guidelines. Ensures proper core extension, target roll weights, roll widths, and quality roll edges. Performs and understands how to do all QA tests. Maintains a scrap rate of
