Description We are seeking a skilled Line / Prep Cook to join our team. The Line / Prep Cook will assist in the preparation of delicious dishes in the kitchen, ensuring high-quality meals are served to our customers. Responsibilities: Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and storing food items Assist in cooking and preparing menu items according to recipes Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food production Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations Requirements Skills: Proven experience as a Line / Prep Cook or similar role in a restaurant, catering, or dietary department Sushi and/or Sashimi skills a plus!
