We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Prep Cook to join our culinary team. EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and food handling practices is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations is beneficial.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn from experienced cooks and chefs.

• Assist in the preparation of ingredients for meals, including washing, chopping, and measuring.
• Follow recipes and instructions from chefs to ensure consistency in food preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Help cook meals during busy service times as needed.
• Support other kitchen staff with various tasks as required, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
