As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients and plating dishes according to our menu specifications. You will be assigned to a specific station on the line—such as grill, fryer, ramen, or vegetable prep—and expected to maintain consistency, quality, and speed during service. Additional duties include maintaining a clean and organized workstation, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines, and assisting with prep work as needed.
