QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline of engineering or equivalent
• Experience in amanufacturing company is preferred but not required.
• with experience/background in Quality Control and or Assurance task is preferred but not required.
• Hands-on experience of MS Office applications with statistical/data analysis.
• Good interpersonal relation and negotiation skills
• good leadership and supervisory skills.
• Strong written and verbal communiction skills.
• good problem solving skills.
• Aggressive in promoting Quality Improvement Activities.
• Provide Non conformance report treatment for all failure modes encountered on production line.
• Responsible for the review and confirmation of accuracy chip for production use after preparation of QC Assistant.
• Conduct failure analysis training and monitoring discussion to new QC member .
• To oversee production line per process and per product to ensure that process controls are being implemented to prevent outflow.
• Willing to be assigned at Murata, Innovator, FPIP Sto. Tomas, Batangas
