Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Line Sales Manager- Obesity to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being by attracting top talent that aligns with our values and organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and empower the diabetes sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Ensure strong execution of brand strategies and field excellence across assigned territories. Build impactful partnerships with endocrinologists, dietitians, nutritionists and key diabetes stakeholders to expand market presence. Analyze performance metrics and market dynamics to identify and act on growth opportunities. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned commercial success and full compliance. Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field. 8+ years of pharma sales experience including managerial roles Solid background in diabetes care; exposure to GLP-1 or advanced therapies is a strong plus. Demonstrated ability to influence treatment behaviors and drive business results. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills with high agility.
