Goode Company Line Server As a Line Server, you'll serve up delicious, slow-smoked BBQ with exceptional service. You’ll work closely with the kitchen to plate dishes perfectly and ensure a smooth, fast-paced service. With a friendly attitude and attention to detail, you’ll create a welcoming experience for every guest while maintaining a clean and organized station. RESPONSIBILITIES * Engaging and interacting with guests while serving and packaging food orders ensuring the highest quality dining experience * Present a professional appearance * Must have a great attitude and equally provide great customer service QUALIFICATIONS * Must display exceptional customer service and communication skills * High school diploma or high school equivalency diploma required * Must take pride in your work, have a keen eye for detail, and be accountable to yourself and to our customers. * Punctual and reliable attendance * Six months of relevant experience * Able to work in a fast-paced environment * Must be able to speak and read English, Spanish a plus * Must poses a positive attitude and work well with other team members * Be able to work in a standing and moving position for long periods of time * Able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays WHERE WE MEET: You love what you do, and we love working with people like you.
