The Line Service Technician plays a key role in supporting aircraft ground operations and delivering excellent ramp-side customer service. Line Service Technicians must be flexible and available to work shifts that support FBO operations. We are currently hiring for the following shifts in our Rock Hill, SC location: Weekend Shift: 8:00am-7:00pm ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Fuel aircraft in accordance with NATA Aviation Fueling Procedures Tow, park, and marshal aircraft safely using proper equipment and techniques Perform lavatory service, check and service engine oil, and inspect tire pressures Conduct daily and monthly inspections of fuel trucks and the fuel farm Assist with offloading and receiving fuel deliveries Support pilots and passengers with baggage and cargo handling Maintain clean, organized, and safe hangars, ramp areas, and shade ports Respond to emergency situations and assist as required Secure facilities and perform opening/closing duties per checklists Report suspicious or unauthorized persons or activity Keep ramps and taxiways clear of foreign object debris (FOD) Assist customers with FBO amenities and coordinate with Customer Service Representatives Wash and detail aircraft according to specifications Adhere to the Safety Management System (SMS) and all safety protocols Wear all required PPE (hearing protection, high-visibility apparel, etc.) Perform other duties as assigned Requirements SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS Must be at least 18 years of age Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb ladders Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid driver’s license and ability to operate motor vehicles safely Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Completion of NATA Safety First and SMS training within 2 months of hire Preferred: mechanical/electrical aptitude or aviation experience Prior experience in aviation or a related field preferred What We Offer 11 paid holidays a year, plus 15 days of paid vacation time, and 6 days of paid sick/personal time to start with an increase to 20 days of paid vacation time after 5 years with Pilatus 90% of medical, dental, and vision premiums paid for single coverage and 80% for family coverage, averaging $9,600 annually Monthly health savings account (HSA) contributions totaling $2,250 for single coverage and $3,000 for family coverage annually 401(k) retirement plan matching up to 6% Life and long-term disability insurance premiums paid in full Tuition assistance available annually after the first year The pay range is $18.00-$21.75 per hour depending on experience.
