Inovata Foods Corp. is looking for a full time production Line Set-Up to partner with us as we bring families and friends together through offering wholesome and convenient meals. Reporting to the maintenance manager, the maintenance line set-up is responsible for the day-to-day effectiveness of production equipment and facility services. The role is located in our Tillsonburg, Ontario facility. Inovata Foods Corp. is a major producer of wholesome control brand frozen meals for many of North America’s largest retailers.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience working in a manufacturing setting an asset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate.
  • Capable of reading and interpreting all electrical/mechanical drawing and schematics.
  • Up to date with the codes, legislation and regulations.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular inspections of departmental equipment.
  • Ensure all equipment required for production is in proper condition.
  • Disassemble all production equipment for cleaning purposes.
  • Reassemble all production equipment for operating.
  • Complete all required paperwork for the QA/QC HACCP program, accurately.
  • Clean shop and keep production equipment organized in storage when not in use.
  • Ensure production, boxing, and the kitchen are free of equipment which is not in use.
  • Bring to the attention of the lead hand any conditions which may be a concern for health safety and/or food safety.
  • Troubleshoot and fine tune the operation of all production equipment.
  • Combine multiple pieces of equipment to work in unison forming a complete production line.
  • Must be capable of working flexible and sometimes extended hours.
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
