JOB SUMMARY

Overseeing line setup, equipment operation, and team coordination. This role supports the Production Supervisor by leading day-to-day production activities, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring production targets are met.

ACADEMIC/EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Secondary school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with hands-on experience in line setup and equipment operation.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of production processes, machinery, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with both team members and supervisors.Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines while maintaining safety and quality standards.
