What you'll bring to the team Join Our Team as a Linen Porter at Alton Towers Resort! Are you organised, detail-oriented, and ready to play a key role in delivering a fantastic guest experience? We’re looking for Linen Porters to join our Housekeeping team and help ensure our hotels run smoothly! Applicants must have a clean UK driving licence and be able to work 5 out of 7 days. This will include weekends and bank holidays. What you'll do: Manage linen stock levels to meet daily operational needs. Work closely with the Housekeeping team, Hotel Porters, and Room Attendants. Maintain high appearance standards and adhere to all health & safety guidelines. Support stocktakes, including waterpark linen. Keep up to date with resort activities to enhance guest experience. Qualifications & Experience A strong team player with great attention to detail. Organised and able to manage stock effectively. Enthusiastic about providing a top-tier experience for our guests. Willing to learn and develop within the role.
