CitySuites is seeking an enthusiastic Housekeeping Assistant/Linen Porter with a passion for not only delivering the highest standards of cleanliness but also deliver the highest level of customer service.
As a Housekeeping Assistant/Linen Porter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and operational efficiency at CitySuites. The primary responsibility is to ensure the proper handling, storage, and distribution of linen and towels, as well as assisting with general housekeeping duties to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
This role is key to ensuring the smooth operation of the housekeeping department and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction. The Housekeeping Assistant/Linen Porter is a valuable team member contributing to the overall success of the business.
Training will be provided to develop our team members.

• To reject any linen and/or towels that are not up to the agreed quality and appearance.
• To deliver clean linen and towels designated rooms.
• To maintain the records for the movement of linen and towels, inc rejects.
• Check all linen deliveries.
• Ensure that laundry is kept clean and tidy and free from hazards at all times
