Reporting to the Director of Style (Executive Housekeeper), as Linen Porter Supervisor you will play a key role in ensuring cleanliness throughout the hotel, including guest rooms, public spaces and back of house areas.

As Linen Porter Supervisor, key aspects of your role will include:
- Sorting, counting, recording and checking in and out of all linen.
- Inspecting the cleaning and maintaining storage, corridors and public areas.
- Delegating and prioritizing tasks such as stocking linen trolleys, cupboards and guest service items.
- Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety protocols.
- Providing guests with requested service and handling any special requests.
- Be a role model within the department, assisting the team to perform their role when required
- Reporting any maintenance issues.
- Take ownership of guest issues and see them through to resolution
- Train Room Attendants, Public Area and Porters to become experts in their role
- Supervise the daily operation of the Style (Housekeeping) department
- Communicate and coordinate between Style, Welcome Office (Front Office) and Engineering to ensure any guest or maintenance issues are logged and resolved
- Develop teamwork throughout your team as it grows
- Be a W brand ambassador, ensuring the brand’s voice is present in your interactions with guests and talent
- Ensure grooming standards are met with clean uniform and neat personal appearance
