We take pride in delivering genuine service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. Position Summary: We are currently seeking a Linen Supervisor to join our dynamic Housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the linen and laundry section, ensuring efficient inventory management, cleanliness, and quality standards are maintained in accordance with JA The Resort’s brand standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise all linen room and laundry operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery. Maintain accurate inventory of all linens, uniforms, and guest supplies. Coordinate with Housekeeping and Laundry teams to meet operational needs. Inspect laundered items for quality and cleanliness before distribution. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Train, schedule, and support team members to deliver consistent service excellence. Monitor and report linen usage, damages, and stock levels to management. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a 4 or 5-star hotel or resort. Strong knowledge of linen and laundry operations. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Proficiency in inventory systems and basic computer applications.
