OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Liner Applicator and Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in mostly liner application auto body repair and minimal repair, with a strong understanding of mechanical systems and vehicle maintenance. This role requires proficiency in various techniques, including vehicle assembly and disassembly, attention to detail, pride in your work and detailing. The employee will be responsible for working in a team environment with others to achieve a perfect finished product, they will be expected to learn and grow within the company and be expected to be able to install spray on liner while ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in an auto body shop or dealership setting is preferred
• Previous experience with spray on box liner material is preferred
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
• Experience with sheet metal work, soldering, assembly, and detailing is highly desirable
• Familiarity with auto restoration techniques is a plus
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship

• Perform minor auto body repairs, including small dent and chip repairs, sanding, prepping, spray on liner application, assembly and disassembly of vehicles old and new.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and airless paint spraying equipment for repairs and refinishing
• Execute auto liner tasks with precision and attention to detail
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repair processes and timelines
• Estimate costs of repairs accurately to assist in customer decision-making
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols
• Assist with heavy lifting of automotive parts and components during the repair process
