Export Customer Service & Documentation Executive Business Unit: Liner Agency Location: EDNC, 5TH Settlement, New Cairo Attractive package and benefits LATT Trading & Shipping About the Company: LATT Shipping CO., an agent of several shipping lines, opens a vacancy for an Export Documentation and Customer Service Executive. About the Role: To handle the Shipping Line export shipping service to customers and ensure that all shipping orders follow the SL regulations and provide high-quality service to the company's customers and solve any of their related problems Responsibilities: Receive booking requests from customers and review its contents. Issue draft Bill of Lading for customer review. Issue original OB/Ls and telex release. Coordinate with customers to finalize VGM. Handling customers' export invoices. Submit to customers related documents and ensure their validity. Handle all customers' complaints in an effective & prompt way. Qualifications: 1-University Degree; Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of International Transportation and Logistics. 2- Experience in liner service +2 years. 3- The FIATA Diploma is a plus. 4- Residence in CAIRO Required Skills: Excellent command of English (written and spoken) Excellent computer skills and awareness of SAP or ERP software Good communication & interpersonal skills Awareness of customer service requirements We offer an attractive financial package and satisfying benefits.
