" Position Title: Liner Utility Support Pay Rate: $24.82/hr Category/Shift: Hourly Full-Time, VT2 (6:00pm – 6:00am) Physical Location: 5012 W 79th Street Indianapolis, IN 46268 The Job You Will Perform: The Liner Utility Support reports directly to the Liner Supervisor. The position will be responsible for all aspects of efficient and safely providing support to liner department. JOB DUTIES: Primary duties of the Liner Utility Support position include, but are not limited to: Performing all duties safely. Following all safe lift truck procedures. Arriving / leaving to workstation on time and taking breaks when authorized. Attend shift meetings. Primary responsibility is to provide logistical support to the production floor. Ensure all product brought to the work centers is accurate. Operate forklift to transport materials as needed (pallets, bags, corrugated). Properly rotate inventory under FIFO principles. This includes all purchased corrugated, shrouds, pallets. Must be able to fulfill requirements listed in “General Requirements of All Production Employees”. Heavy lifting over 50/lbs. must be done with assistance. Specifically: Must be a current employee at the Indianapolis SpaceKraft plant Must not have any discipline beyond a verbal warning within the previous rolling 12-month period, including attendance and/or performance discipline. Must meet/exceed all safety, production, quality, and productivity expectations. Additionally, we are looking for the following knowledge, skills, and abilities in a successful candidate: Solid basic math skills Ability to follow written instructions and procedures as outlined, consistently and reliably in accordance with all safety quality expectations. Demonstrated work performance to be self-directed and self-motivated. Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide logistical support to the production floor, ensuring all brought product is accurate and transporting materials using a forklift as needed.
