UGL are currently looking for multiple Cert III Linesworkers to join our Utilities division in early 2026. The transmission line project is based in Maragle, NSW working 19/9 roster. All workers are provided with flights, accommodation in camp and meals. Your responsibilities will include: Climbing of transmission structures Upgrade and construction of new and existing assets Study and interpret technical drawings, network line diagrams and maps Liaise with Network Operator Inspectors and customers Complete comprehensive risk assessments Maintain work in progress plans Installing and maintaining conductors, aerial equipment, and underground cables Installing and maintaining all associated electrical supply equipment Attending to electrical breakdowns and emergencies. Adhering to site specific health and safety policies and procedures. Responsibilities
The Linesworker will be responsible for climbing transmission structures and upgrading and constructing new and existing assets. They will also interpret technical drawings and liaise with inspectors and customers while adhering to safety policies.
