Position Summary The LinkedIn Campaign Coordinator is responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on LinkedIn advertising campaigns that support net-new logo acquisition through lead generation and nurture-driven engagement. This role combines hands-on campaign management, strategic targeting, and data-driven optimization to ensure LinkedIn campaigns deliver qualified leads while staying aligned with budget and performance goals. The ideal candidate has a strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Ads Manager, understands how paid social supports B2B demand generation, and can collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales to turn engagement into pipeline impact. Responsibilities Plan and execute LinkedIn advertising strategies aligned with lead generation and sales objectives. Build, launch, and manage LinkedIn ad campaigns, including Sponsored Content, Message Ads, Conversation Ads, Lead Gen Forms, and retargeting campaigns. Ensure all LinkedIn campaigns stay on budget, actively monitoring spend and pacing throughout the campaign lifecycle. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop compelling ad creative, including copy, visuals, and calls-to-action that support campaign goals. Manage and refine audience targeting, including segmentation, account lists, matched audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting pools. Monitor campaign performance daily and make ongoing optimizations to improve CTR, conversion rates, cost per lead (CPL), and overall ROI. Conduct A/B testing across ad creative, formats, targeting, and landing page experiences. Maintain campaign calendars, ensure proper tracking, and coordinate with Marketing and Sales to align messaging and campaign flows. Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Stay current on LinkedIn Ads best practices, trends, and platform updates to continuously improve campaign performance. Requirements Preferred Qualifications and Experience 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads or B2B paid social campaigns. Strong understanding of LinkedIn Ads Manager, campaign objectives, optimization levers, and performance metrics. Experience managing campaign budgets and monitoring spend against performance goals. Familiarity with HubSpot, including lead tracking, campaign attribution, and reporting. Experience with audience list management, CRM alignment, and lead routing is a plus. Ability to write clear, concise ad copy and collaborate effectively with content and design partners. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable optimizations. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with strong attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Education Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred.
