Job Details: Job Description: We're now hiring an intern for Linux kernel validation and test development. The work scope covers testing the Linux kernel on Intel server platforms, focusing on developing automated test cases for Intel features using the open source test framework LKVS (Linux Kernel Validation Suite) and Avocado. In this project, you will work with Intel kernel engineers and contribute code to Linux open source community. You can learn much in software testing and development, also you'll have a good chance to touch the cutting-edge Linux kernel and virtualization technologies. Qualifications: Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Minimum Qualifications: • Familiar with Linux programming environment and command line. • Good at C and Python programming. Preferred Qualifications: • Software testing expertise and passion for validation technology. • Operating system knowledge. • Can work at least 4 days per week and last at least 6 months.
