REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years in cloud & container platforms.
• Proven hands-on expertise in OpenStack and OpenShift environments (Installation, Configuration, Scaling, Troubleshooting).
• Strong experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and related ecosystems.
• Proficiency in Ansible for IT automation and Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD).
• Experience working with DevOps practices, microservices architecture, and containerization.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Red Hat Certifications (RHCE, RHCSA, EX280, EX210, etc.) are a strong plus.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA) (Mendtory)
• Experience in hybrid cloud or multi-cloud environments
• Exposure to security hardening and compliance frameworks
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)

• Architect, design, and implement enterprise-grade solutions based on Red Hat OpenStack and OpenShift Container Platform.
• Develop and maintain automation playbooks using Ansible for deployment, configuration management, and orchestration.
• Lead the DevOps transformation initiatives using CI/CD pipelines and container-based platforms.
• Provide architectural oversight, best practices, and governance on cloud-native application deployments.
• Conduct platform lifecycle management including upgrades, patching, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate infrastructure with applications and middleware.
• Drive cloud modernization and migration strategies aligned with business goals.
• Act as a Red Hat SME for troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of critical issues.
• Produce and maintain detailed design documents, SOPs, and technical standards.
