REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree (preferable).
• Experience in Linux, Networking, and Virtualization.
• Proficiency in English (B2 level or above) is mandatory.
• Cisco certifications are a plus.
• Effective communication in English and Spanish.
• Troubleshooting and technical issue resolution skills.
• Knowledge of Linux, IT networking, and systems virtualization.
• Scripting and automation skills (e.g., Bash, Python) are a plus.

1. Collaborate with the BCS-NOS team to integrate systems and technologies.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
3. Deploy and manage CSPC collectors.
4. Troubleshoot network or OS issues on the collector.
5. Update cases and follow the GCI process.
6. Drive technical meetings with NCE, customers, or stakeholders.
7. Escalate cases to the tech lead when required.
8. Commit to continuous improvement and professional development.
