LINUX SYSTEM ENGINEER:

We are looking for a Specialist expert in managing Linux server infrastructures and using open source software. The resource will collaborate with the IT team to ensure the correct functioning of systems, data security and provide technical support to users.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Knowledge of Linux operating systems;
  • Understanding of operating systems such as Windows and Linux;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

OPTIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in an IT support role;
  • Familiarity with network protocols and infrastructure;
    The ideal candidate will also demonstrate excellent ability autonomy, teamwork skills and a good knowledge of the English language.
Responsibilities
  • Management of Linux server infrastructure and mastery of open source software;
  • Assist in the installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software systems;
  • Collaborate with the IT team to implement security measures and ensure data integrity;
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues;
  • Assist in managing patching, backups and disaster recovery plans and system upgrades.
  • Provide technical support to end users for resolution of IT-related issues;
