Job Description Linux kernel developer(5-10 years): Linux internals Strong foundation in C programming and shell scripting Proficiency in yocto build environment and cross compile toolchains Experience in developing device drivers Configuration of kernel Configuring and customizing device tree Integration of driver into overall system File operations and system call Configuration and interrupt management Memory management in drivers Basics of power management Synchronization mechanism (mutex, semaphores, spinlocks) Performance analysis for time critical modules like touch. Know how about Linux kernel development process Proficiency in Git- rebasing, commits Creating patches and rule checks Mainlining of kernel modules Experience working with basic communication protocols and integration in drivers UART I2C SPI Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills Overview of different processor platforms Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively Experience in the following skills is an added advantage Touch/Display drivers Network and Wifi drivers U-Boot, secure boot and signing Multimedia and Graphics Qualifications BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in E&C or any equivalent Additional Information 5 - 10 years
