SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
• Open to graduates with relevant placements, internships, or project experience, as well as candidates with prior beverage development experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work at pace.
• Creative thinking with a passion for innovation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Develop liquids across a range of beverage categories, from concept through to commercial launch.
• Translate creative ideas into commercially viable products.
• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production.
• Stay up-to-date with trends, ingredients, and innovations to continuously push product boundaries.
• Support expansion into new markets and product lines.
