Job Summary: SPL is growing and is currently looking for a Liquid Measurement Technician in Greeley, CO. The Liquid Measurement Technician must be team oriented, proactive and goal driven. This position is responsible for operating various types of liquid provers without direct, daily supervision. All work is performed under the general supervision of the Operations Manager. Responsibilities: Create and maintain job tickets; Operate various types of liquid provers with a general understanding of all associated equipment; Obtain spot and composite samples, transport hazardous and/or non-hazardous materials; Determine API gravity and S&W; Troubleshoot and repair measurement-related equipment; Perform root cause failure analysis; Basic troubleshooting of automation equipment. Requirements 1-3 years minimum liquid measurement experience; Maintain a DOT Certification and/or CDL A License (No Restrictions); Maintain good standing status of OQSG quals: CT039, CT271, & CT60; Maintain required State measurement certifications and quals; Working knowledge of flow computer configuration software; Working knowledge of all production-based assets within a standard facility Must have advanced working knowledge of AGA/GPA/API Measurement Guidelines, BLM, and state regulatory requirements. Education: High School Diploma or GED is strongly preferred. Applicable work experience will be considered in lieu of education. Relocation: This position is not eligible for relocation. Travel Requirements: This position requires local travel and periodic out of town travel. Work Schedule: This position will work 8-16 hours Monday-Friday in SPL’s CITY, STATE location. This position is subject to overtime availability to meet deadlines. SPL does not offer sponsorship of employment-based nonimmigrant visa petitions for this role.
