SUMMARY

Assists the Liquor Room Inventory Team and Beverage Barback Team in daily activities including the coordination and inventory oversight of alcohol to various sites during live race meets.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be able to lift, push or pull forty (40) pounds or more.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work well in tight quarters.
• Basic working knowledge of categories of wine and spirits preferred.

• Lead a team of up to 3 Liquor Room Attendants in daily operations
• Assists the Liquor Room Team and Beverage Managers by preparing Bar order requests and prepping orders for barback team to deliver.
• Tracks inventory as it is transported and delivered.
• Tracks inventory for beverage reorders, deliveries and end of day counts.
