ARC Liquor in Kelowna BC is seeking a dedicated Liquor Store Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be essential in providing outstanding customer service, managing transactions, and ensuring a smooth operation at our location. Your contributions will help us maintain our reputation for excellence in retail.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in sales and customer service preferable in the beer, wine and liquor field.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • 19 years of age with a valid Serving It Right Certificate.
  • Legally allowed to work in Canada.
  • Passionate about the wine industry and up to date on the latest craft beers and spirits.
  • Able to perform physically demanding work including standing for an 8 hour shift, lifting up to 50 lbs onto a 60” high shelf.
  • Demonstrated ability to upsell products and provide excellent customer service.
